Shipping Policy
Aureatean™ — From Our Collection to Your Bar Cart
Our shipping process is designed to move confirmed orders into preparation efficiently while protecting sculptural finishes, fitted cases, and smaller accessory components.
Delivery availability may vary according to destination, product type, inventory status, and carrier coverage.
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate delivery information when submitting an order.
Shipping operations for Aureatean™ are coordinated by Taian Le Duo Digital Technology Co., Ltd.
We provide fast shipping preparation without promising a fixed arrival date that may be affected by circumstances outside store control.
📦 Order Preparation
After an order is confirmed, the merchandise may pass through verification, product allocation, packaging, and dispatch preparation. Orders containing multiple items may be packed separately when this supports safer or more efficient delivery.
Submitting a correction request does not guarantee that delivery information can be changed after preparation has started.
🚚 Delivery Progress
Tracking information may be provided when available from the assigned carrier. Tracking events can appear gradually, and temporary gaps between scans do not necessarily mean that a parcel has stopped moving.
Delivery may be affected by carrier capacity, weather, transportation interruptions, destination access, public events, regional procedures, incorrect information, or other external conditions.
🧭 Customer Responsibilities
Customers should review the recipient name, delivery details, and contact information before completing the order. A secure and accessible delivery location should be provided.
When tracking shows a delivery concern, customers should contact support promptly and, where appropriate, check with household members, reception areas, building management, or the local carrier.
📭 Unsuccessful or Returned Delivery
A parcel may be returned when delivery information is incomplete, access is unavailable, delivery is refused, or the carrier cannot complete the handoff. Any next step will be reviewed according to the parcel status and the reason for return.
Visible transit damage should be photographed before the packaging is discarded. Customers should retain the product, package, label, and internal protection materials while the case is reviewed.
